MnPALS is firmly committed to maintaining appropriate data privacy; our data gathering and dissemination are governed by state and federal laws, including the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13. A “cookie” is information stored on your computer by a web server and used to customize your web service in some way. MnPALS does not use cookie technology and does not place cookies on the workstations of our users, nor do we plan to do so.
Personally Identifiable Information
Users who choose to provide us with personal information such as including an email address in feedback or by submitting information in an online form, should know that access to this information is restricted to MnPALS staff that needs to use it in the normal course of business. This information is never used for commercial marketing purposes and it will never be revealed to any third party except by such process, order, or subpoena authorized by national, state, or local law.
