• Enter the problem as Urgency Level 1 - "Site Down/Software Not Responding" into the PALS Support Center
• Record the reference number

During PALS Office Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30  p.m.

• Call the PALS Support phone number immediately (507.389.2000)
• Provide the dispatcher the PALS Support reference number and explain that it is an emergency

After PALS Office Hours During the Work Week

• Call the PALS Support phone number (507.389.2000) and leave a message including the PALS Support reference number, and indicate that it is an emergency. PALS Support staff will respond to the problem as soon as possible the next day.

On Weekends

On call is available on:

• Call the PALS Support phone number (507.389.2000) and press "1" for emergencies.
