- Record the reference number

- Call the PALS Support phone number immediately (507.389.2000)
- Provide the dispatcher the PALS Support reference number and explain that it is an emergency
After PALS Office Hours During the Work Week
- Call the PALS Support phone number (507.389.2000) and leave a message including the PALS Support reference number, and indicate that it is an emergency. PALS Support staff will respond to the problem as soon as possible the next day.
On call is available on:Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sunday, 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Call the PALS Support phone number (507.389.2000) and press "1" for emergencies.
