    • Electronic Resources Processes for Collection Management & Improved Analytics (Presentation slides – Answer 4240)
At MSU, Mankato, we have started pursuing practices in Alma to improve how we manage the e-journals collection. These practices include custom-named Community Zone collections for post-cancellation access rights and re-linking Aleph-migrated purchase orders to both e-journal collections and portfolios. As a result of these practices, we are better able to see and manage our resources using collection analysis reports. We’ll demonstrate how this work is done, and explain the impacts for collection management.
    • Alma Processes and Analytics for Renewing and Claiming Serials
How to set up simple reports to support serials work, and the follow-up processing for renewals and claims.
    • And More?
If there is any time at the end, we could look at other uses of analytics for additional purposes, such as inventory analysis and management.
