All PALS reports and documentation are available in electronic format from this page the week before the meetings. PLEASE read all associated reports before User Groups. The reports will not be read at the meeting. In general, the purpose of agenda items linked to these documents is to answer questions or provide clarifications, so come prepared with your questions!
In the packet you will receive at User Groups will be agendas for each of the subsystem meetings (also available online), the PALS Work Plan documents and a list (based on the spreadsheet of reports and services at: http://www.mnpals.org/edesk/services.xls ) of the MnPALS-created reports.
There will be wireless internet access available. Information will be available at the registration table.
The Support Center will be available for drop in use and by appointment both days of User Groups. Check at the registration table before and during the General Session for the option to sign-up for half hour appointments at the Support Center.
For those who did not order box lunches, campus dining options are available. If you indicated prepayment for your box lunch and have not already paid, please have your payment with you at User Group.
Parking is available in Lot K, which is located across from the National Hockey Center, without a permit. There is a shuttle service available from Lot K. More information about the Shuttle Bus can be found at http://www.stcloudstate.edu/parking/
