The group met mostly bimonthly via conference call. We made several suggestions for new reports and improvements to existing reports. We helped test reports before they were moved to the production server.
Here is a list of changes made to reports between October 2011 and October 2012. New Reports are listed in BOLD.
Priv_11 - Circulation analysis by budget added, lets selectors know if books and DVDs are being used
Priv_12 - Added a count of bib and items for the NCES/IPEDS, made it possible to pull ISBNs for an open date range.
Priv_13 - Acquisitions data by vendor available as a radio button
Priv_16 - Added description as part of sort
Priv_20 - Help has been revised
Priv_21 - Added Budget, Material type, OCLC number, Copy ID, Arrival Date, Expected arrival date, Due date, Z30 notes
Priv_23 - Patrons with Cash/Blocks - Added date of most recent cash activity, additional Blocks report
Priv_25 - Patron Counts by patron status, type or budget
Priv_27 - Course Reserves Circ Events by Date Range - can be run for Titles or Items
Priv_28 - OCLC Circulation Analysis report - works with Worldcat Collection Analysis subscription
Cir_30 - Circ stats new groupings by: date/hour with day of week column, patron type
