On February 17, 2011 the PALS website went live with a new look and feel. The new site allows one login to access the PALS Forum, Wiki, documentation and client downloads. A separate login will still be required to log a support incident, but we hope to integrate this into the single sign-in in the future. If you are a current PALS Customer, use your current Forum login or registered email address and password to access the Forum, Wiki, documentation, and client downloads. Your Support Center login remains unchanged.
While the content of the site remains the same, the organization has been modified slightly. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the various menu options. To get you started, a few key features of the new site include:
Persistent links across the top of the screen to log a support incident and access the Forum and Wiki.
A “Current Customers” menu with access to documentation and downloads for authenticated users. Please note that you will need to be logged in to see the links to the Documentation and Downloads menu items.
A “Consortium” tab with links to MnPALS Consortium information and groups.
