Susan mentioned Version 22 issue: print preview, which no longer allows right click to print/copy or highlight/copy/paste. V.22 client availability around December 1, 2014. PALS is testing now, but will need libraries to test workflow.
The other issue that was discussed was that first/last name fields functionality will again be available, but changing back from a single name field would be problematic. February 2015 is the target go-live date.
In addition, Susan discussed the ELUNA enhancement process. The top circulation enhancement currently is the running total of discharge items. We are awaiting pointing by Ex Libris and then the final vote on enhancements.
Susan also mentioned the two new services/reports added:
7. The next item on the agenda was the Spring 2015 Workday planning.
Suggestions for potential topics included: other cleanup projects, training student workers in Aleph, and the running of reports (a nuts and bolts session on which ones are useful and how to run them).
A Joint Session of ILL and Circulation was suggested. An in-person session was preferred.
Finally, all participants were encouraged to look for session leaders/presenters and to contact the steering committee with potential names.
8. A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Martin Ouse and seconded by Kati Donaghy. The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 am.
