This session will start with an overview of DDA/PDA programs available. It will also discuss some of the benefits and implications of DDA/PDA programs. A second part of the presentation will be a case study of PDA at CSB/SJU including their conceptual framework of PDA, decisions made surrounding implementation, results, and implications for the future.”

Jean Kramer serves on a committee which tracks coverage of crucial library processes. She will talk about how that committee oversees library workflows and ensures that everything gets done. Nat will talk about a shared workflow database he has designed and programmed to help track serials licensing, acquisitions, and access processes.
