MnPALS AvailabilityThe MnPALS system is generally available 24 hours a day throughout the year. There are some routine system tasks that are performed, at which times the system will be unavailable for short periods of time. This includes system backups, which are performed on Saturdays from 2:00 - 3:00 am.
Maintenance is performed on the system as needed. If downtime is required, this work is usually scheduled for early Sunday morning. System downtime for maintenance is announced in advance through the PALS web site and mailing lists.
