RightNow: Customer Service Relationship Software Support

PALS provides implementation services and support and training for the RightNow software from RightNow Technologies, Inc. RightNow is a customer relationship management application, which includes a knowledge base, incident tracking, statistics, chat, and surveys. RightNow is being used throughout the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to provide support for a wide variety of services.
