MnPALS Emergency Procedures

  • Enter the problem as “Urgency level 1 – Site Down/Software Not Responding” into the PALS Support Center http://pals.custhelp.com

 

  • Record the reference number

 

  • During PALS office hours (8-4:30, M-F)

 

    • Call the PALS Support phone number (507.389.2000) immediately.
    • Provide the dispatcher the PALS Support reference number and explain that it is an emergency.

 

  • After office hours during the work week

 

    • Call the PALS Support phone number (507.389.2000) and leave a message including the PALS Support reference number and indicate that it is an emergency.  PALS will respond to the problem as soon as possible the next day.

 

  • On weekends (9-5, Saturdays; 1-9:00, Sundays)

 

    • Call the PALS Support phone number (507.389.2000) and press “1” for emergencies.

 

  • Please do not email the discussion lists or staff directly.  Email is not regularly monitored during off hours.
