The Consortium of MnPALS Libraries is a self-supporting organization. Libraries pay fees according to a funding formula, developed with input from the consortium’s Executive Commitee.
Each year in November, an estimate of the fees for the upcoming fiscal year is sent to each library for planning purposes. The fees are usually finalized in February.
In addition to annual fees, there are separate charges for some services provided by PALS. These are revised and reviewed by the Executive Committee annually.
