Financial InformationFunding for services that PALS offers comes from a combination of funds from the Office of the Chancellor of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities and income from customers for services provided. Contracts are negotiated and maintained centrally in order to offer cost savings to customers. Membership and service fees are determined with input from customers. |
