- Enter the problem as Urgency Level 1 - "Site Down/Software Not Responding" into the PALS Support Center http://pals.custhelp.com
- Record the reference number
- During PALS Office hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Call the PALS Support phone number immediately (507-389-2000)
- Provide the dispatcher the PALS Support reference number and explain that it is an emergency
- After PALS Office hours during the work week:
- Call the PALS Support phone number (507-389-2000) and leave a message, including the PALS Support reference number, and indicate that it is an emergency. PALS Support staff will respond to the problem as soon as possible the next day.
Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sundays, 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Call the PALS Support phone number (507-389-2000) and press "1" for emergencies.
Please do not email the discussion lists or PALS Support staff directly. Email is not regularly monitored during off hours.
