The PALS Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Systems support services are provided by PALS during hours when the PALS Office is closed as follows:

Weekends

On-call hours are Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Sundays, 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.  A member of the PALS technical staff is available via cell phone to receive and respond to emergency system-down issues.

Holidays

On-call provided for the following holidays:

Veterans Day
Martin Luther King Jr. Day
President's Day
A holiday exchange day such as December 26

NO on-call provided for the following holidays:
