PALS Expands our Evergreen Support Team

PALS is pleased to announce the expansion of our Evergreen Support Team. We are transitioning to a function-based model for serving the various library management systems we host and support.

  • Susan Dueis, our Circulation support specialist, now also supports Evergreen Circulation.
  • Dan Honetschlager adds Evergreen Systems Support to his duties.
  • Dee Nolan, our Serials and Acquisitions specialist, continues her involvement in Evergreen Acquisitions and Serials.
  • Alexander Kent, our new Cataloging and Metadata Support Specialist, is learning the cataloging functions for Evergreen in order to support both our Aleph and Evergreen products.

Susan, Dan and Dee already have experience with Evergreen as they assisted in the setup of our current Evergreen libraries. Alex is experienced with Aleph, but new to Evergreen, and is digging into the features of Evergreen Cataloging.

PALS is always looking at better ways to serve our libraries. We believe that this approach to providing Evergreen support will allow us to capitalize on the knowledge and expertise of our specialists and to serve our current and future libraries more effectively.
