A new report option has been added to the priv-11 Titles per Budget Number Spent. When running the priv-11 report, libraries have the option to also request a report on Circulation Analysis by Budget. If libraries choose the radio button YES for Create Circ Analysis by Budget, two reports will be provided. The standard priv-11 report - List of Titles Spent per Budget will be provided; plus a General Retrieval Form report will be provided that lists all the titles from the selected budget that have been loaned. The purpose of this additional circ analysis report is to determine whether titles from a selected budget are circulating.
