Thanks to University Center Rochester, libraries are now able to use the EDI Invoicing process with Baker & Taylor. UCR worked with the PALS staff to set up and test the EDI Invoicing with Baker & Taylor. They are now using the EDI Invoicing in production and are happy to not have to manually load their Baker & Taylor invoices. If any other libraires would like to use the EDI Invoicing with Baker & Taylor, please contact PALS Support.

Aleph's priv-02 and priv-04 have been fixed to properly display the correct run status in the Batch Log of the Task Manager.  In the past the status would say "Success" even if the service had not been successful.  Now the status will display "Done with errors" if the ftp failed.  In addition, if there were any errors, the Log File will tell you what the error was, i.e. cannot log in to User Account, cannot connect to FTP, or cannot retrieve file.

Although the Reference and Instruction Steering Committee was not able to find enough presenters to do a full Reference Workday this year, we are planning a couple of special online sessions for the week of March 26th that we believe you will find of interest:
